After careful evaluation of video presentations highlighting vision, leadership, and impact, the independent jury has selected three outstanding hospitality professionals who are shaping the future of the Dutch hotel industry: Joost Abbink, Kimberly Appels, and Rémy Baben.

What Happens Next?
Over the coming weeks, the finalists will participate in in-depth interviews, a jury lunch, and the preparation of a live case. These cases will be presented during Hotel Leaders Network on February 2, where the winner of the Future Hotel Leader Award 2026 will be announced.
The FHLA celebrates emerging leadership in the Dutch hospitality sector, recognizing professionals who take responsibility, inspire others, and bring vision and purpose to their teams and organizations.
