The journey began with nominations from across the industry. A jury of seasoned experts carefully reviewed each candidate’s submission and narrowed the field to a remarkable top 10. Through their video submissions, these leaders shared their vision, achievements, and the impact they’ve had on their teams. The jury was impressed by the quality and passion of the candidates, and after thoughtful consideration, they unanimously selected the top 3 finalists for 2025.
