To be eligible to be nominated for the Future Hotel Leader Award you have to:

  • Be responsible for managing a team of 2 or more.
  • Must be a Head of Department (e.g., Head of Reception, Housekeeping, Finance, F&B, Sales), but not a Hotel or General Manager.
  • Have held the position of Head of Department in a hotel or support/head office for at least 1 year in The Netherlands.
