The Future Hotel Leader Award is an esteemed recognition in the hospitality industry, dedicated to honoring the emerging leaders and innovators who contribute to the sector’s growth and success. This award celebrates exceptional leadership and excellence within the hotel industry, ensuring its continued vitality and progress.

To be eligible to be nominated for the Future Hotel Leader Award you have to:

• be a Head of a Department (e.g. Head of Reception, Head of Housekeeping , Head of Finance, Head of F&B, Head of Sales), but not a Hotel-, or General Manager;
• work in a hotel (or support/headoffice for a hotelgroup) in the Netherlands for a minimum of 1 year;
• be responsible for a team with a minimum of 2 direct reports.
